Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our sales team by identifying potential customers, generating new leads, and creating opportunities for business growth. The SDR will engage with prospects through calls, emails, and other communication channels, understand their needs, and qualify leads before passing them to the sales team

• Responsibilities
  
  Engage with customers clearly, persuasively, and professionally to drive sales.

  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of products/services and sales processes.

  • Understand customer needs and ensure compliance with sales regulations.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and lead follow-ups.

  • Collaborate with the sales team and contribute to sales strategies.

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and targets.

  • Escalate complex sales issues to the appropriate departments.

  • Follow established sales scripts, training, and processes when making decisions
    
    Requirements
    
    Diploma/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) Active listening, adaptability, empathy, and resilience

  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of sales principles Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

  • Professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach

  • Proficiency in computers and essential software Strong attention to detail and compliance with sales regulations
