Role Overview

We are seeking a School Manager to oversee the school’s working structure, teachers, and daily operations. This role requires a strong leader who can ensure smooth coordination between staff, students, and management, while driving excellence in teaching and administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support teachers to maintain high-quality instruction.

• Oversee the school’s daily operations, schedules, and working structure.

• Ensure classrooms, workshops, and events run efficiently.

• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to instructors.

• Coordinate with the operational manager and content team to align academic and promotional activities.

• Report directly to the CEO on performance, challenges, and opportunities.

• Uphold Afrofigure’s vision of empowerment, creativity, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in school management, administration, or leadership roles.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage teachers and staff with empathy and authority.

• Knowledge of vocational training or creative industries is a plus.

• Based in Addis Ababa or nearby areas.
