Requirements
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in marketing management, Business Administration, Sales, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 4–7 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, key account management, or corporate sales.
- Previous experience in the solar, renewable energy, electrical, construction, or related industry is highly preferred.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and developing long-term business partnerships.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent B2B sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong network and ability to identify and engage potential corporate clients.
- Experience preparing proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with corporate, commercial, and institutional clients.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
- Promote and sell the company's solar products and solutions to businesses and organizations.
- Conduct market research and identify potential target sectors and clients.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
