Requirements

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing management, Business Administration, Sales, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 4–7 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, key account management, or corporate sales.
  • Previous experience in the solar, renewable energy, electrical, construction, or related industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and developing long-term business partnerships.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent B2B sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong network and ability to identify and engage potential corporate clients.
  • Experience preparing proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
  • Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with corporate, commercial, and institutional clients.
  • Generate new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
  • Promote and sell the company's solar products and solutions to businesses and organizations.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential target sectors and clients.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
