Tender Officer

Supporting tender team on technical specifications, Prices and tender requirements Prepares tender documents of both technical and financial proposal as per the tender requirements & company guidelines Follow-up tenders floated by different customers & collects tender documents Submits tender document & participate in the bid openings. Prepares periodic reports on tender activities Attend tender clarification meetings and arrange site visits.

Prepare Monthly Report Follow up submitted tenders Negotiate with Suppliers for best & competitive prices and secure best delivery terms

BSc Degree in Elector mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,

Year of experience = 2 - 3 years

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Good Computer skill
