Senior Heavy Truck Auto Electrician

Guarantor Requirement: Selected candidates must be able to provide a sufficient guarantor according to company requirements.

• Install and connect vehicle wiring harnesses and electrical components.
• Install and test batteries, controllers, motors, displays, switches, lights, indicators, horns, chargers, DC converters, and other electrical components.
• Diagnose electrical and electronic faults.
• Test battery voltage, current, continuity, insulation, and electrical connections.
• Troubleshoot motor controller and wiring problems.
• Inspect and repair electrical connections, terminals, connectors, and wiring harnesses.
• Perform pre-delivery electrical inspection and functional testing.
• Use multimeters, diagnostic tools, test equipment, and other electrical tools correctly.
• Ensure correct polarity and secure electrical connections.
• Identify and correct electrical defects during assembly.
• Support junior electricians through technical guidance and training.
• Maintain electrical tools and testing equipment.
• Follow safety procedures when handling high-current and high-voltage battery systems.
• Record electrical inspection, repair, and testing results.

Education

• Diploma/Degree in Auto Electricity

Experience

• 5–7+ years of professional experience
