successful launch in Nigeria.

Our business in Ethiopia is comprehensive; we don’t just sell cars. We are building a full

ecosystem that includes EV sales and high-standard after-sales service to empower the local workforce.

We are looking for an experienced sales leader to develop and manage key accounts across Ethiopian auto insurance firms, repair garages and automotive industry partners. You will drive channel expansion and sales for our NEVs and automotive power batteries, maintain government & enterprise channels, and hit sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance and auto repair channels across Addis Ababa
• Sell new energy vehicles and lithium batteries via industry channels
• Negotiate business terms, arrange samples and coordinate after-sales support
• Track channel data, collect market & competitor feedback and optimize partnerships

Requirements

• Must have Ethiopian auto insurance working experience, familiar with motor insurance & claim rules; existing insurance/garage resources a big plus
• Fluent in Amharic and English (verbal & written)
• Strong in cold calling, negotiation and key account management
• Familiar with Addis Ababa market, able to work independently under pressure

Preferred: NEV / battery / aftermarket sales experience, government & enterprise account experience
