Job Summary

A Senior Real Estate Sales Consultant or Agent manages the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation and property presentations to negotiations and closing contracts—while guiding clients through market trends and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Drive sales of apartments and commercial spaces through digital marketing, social media (such as TikTok or targeted campaigns), networking, referrals, and field prospecting.

• Client Engagement & Presentations: Conduct property site visits, showcase apartment or commercial projects, and match customer needs with suitable real estate options.

• Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospective buyers, track conversion rates, and consistently follow up with leads.

• Negotiation & Closing: Lead price negotiations, present flexible payment options, handle objections, and finalize sales agreements.

• Advisory & Documentation: Provide expert guidance on property valuation, market trends, and legal or contract processes.

• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

• Experience: Typically 2 to 3+ years of proven sales experience directly within the real estate sector (selling apartments, residential housing, or commercial properties).

• Language Skills: Fluency in Amharic and strong English communication skills.

• Core Competencies:
