Job Title: Coffee Shop Supervisor – StopBy

We are looking for a responsible and experienced supervisor to oversee daily operations at StopBy Coffee Shop, ensure excellent customer service, and manage staff performance.we are hiring for morning shift from 12:30-8:00 local time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations, staff attendance, and performance.

• Ensure excellent customer service, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.

• Monitor sales, cash handling, stock levels, and daily reports.

• Coordinate with the cashier, chef, waiters, and purchaser.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational problems.

• Ensure staff follow company policies and report daily performance to management.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Honesty, accountability, and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of sales reporting, inventory control, and cash reconciliation.

• Previous supervisory experience in a coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality business is preferred.

• Hospitality or business-related education is an advantage.
