We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender & Price Estimation Specialist (tender cost breakdown )– Furniture, Interior Design & Construction Works with experience in tender preparation, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation for furniture, interior design, interior finishing, and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:Prepare and submit tender documents and financial bids.
Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and detailed cost estimates.
Research market prices and obtain supplier quotations.
Analyze material, labor, and project costs.
Coordinate with technical teams and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely tender submissions.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management (COTM), or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Good knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, construction materials, furniture, and interior finishes.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
