IT & Innovation Officer

Position

Summary

FAMA Import, Export & Services is seeking a skilled and innovation-driven IT & Innovation Officer to support the company’s IT operations, internal digital systems, and technology innovation initiatives. The role involves providing IT support to employees, assisting with smart technology and IoT-related projects, researching emerging technologies, and helping develop or deploy internal systems that improve company efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT support for employees and company systems. Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, printer, and connectivity issues. Manage and maintain computers, networks, Wi-Fi systems, and IT equipment.

Support smart technologies including IoT devices, smart poles, cameras, routers, LED systems, and related infrastructure. Research emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions for company operations.

Develop or assist in deploying internal productivity tools, automation systems, dashboards, and digital workflows. Support ERP, CRM, HR, inventory, and project management systems.

Assist with cybersecurity, backups, system security, and data protection practices. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and system records. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and technical partners when required.

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.

1–3 years of relevant experience in IT support, networking, systems administration, innovation, or related areas.

Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with IoT systems, smart technologies, and automation tools is an advantage.

Programming or software deployment knowledge is a major advantage.
