Network & Infrastructure Engineer

Job Title: Network & Infrastructure Engineer Purpose: To design, implement, monitor, and support customer network and infrastructure environments while ensuring service reliability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage enterprise LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi infrastructure Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs Monitor infrastructure performance and uptime Support cybersecurity controls and access management Provide remote troubleshooting and incident resolution Maintain documentation and technical reports Support cloud and hybrid infrastructure integration Core

Competencies

Strong networking fundamentals (routing, switching, TCP/IP) Knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba, or Juniper technologies Experience with SD-WAN, monitoring tools, and virtualization platforms Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills Strong customer communication and service mindset Automation or scripting knowledge is an advantage

Qualifications &

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

CCNA or equivalent certification required

3+ years of enterprise networking experience preferred
