 Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Addis Ababa.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading a high-performing sales team, and achieving or exceeding sales targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports

• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and conversion rates

• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly

• Ensure achievement of sales targets and business goals
