• Listing summary: This position is a Sales Representative for a real estate company based in Addis Ababa. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a related field and 2–4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in real estate.

Reports To: Sales Manager

• Promote and market the company’s real estate properties through direct sales, social media, and other marketing channels.

• Identify and approach potential buyers, investors, and corporate clients.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about properties, prices, payment terms, and sales procedures.

• Arrange and conduct property visits and site tours for prospective clients.

• Follow up with potential customers, negotiate sales terms within approved limits, and support the closing of sales.

• Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients to build long-term relationships.

• Prepare sales reports, maintain customer databases, and update the sales pipeline.

• Coordinate with the marketing, finance, legal, and contract administration teams to facilitate sales transactions.

• Assist customers with reservation procedures, documentation, and property purchase processes.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

• Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
